What qualifications do you need to land a job in Administration and Operations at SRP? Depends on the role! Though many require a bachelor’s degree or above, SRP does have entry-level jobs that require only a high school diploma or GED. Some of the specialized jobs offered in the field or in Generation and Power may require additional certifications based on the job requirements. And, for some jobs, a formal apprenticeship may be required, such as Lineworker/Lineman, Electrician or Generation Control Room Operator.
