Customer Service Representative Jobs at SRP

SRP recruits English-speaking and Spanish-English bilingual representatives for its Customer Contact Center several times a year.

  • Starting pay begins at $27.15/hour for English and $27.90/hour for Bilingual with paid holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, plus potential for an annual bonus. 
  • SRP’s top-notch benefits include a pension, 401(k), Employee Assistance Programs, undergraduate and graduate tuition reimbursement and more. 
  • Representatives have the option of 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts, which begin as early as 5:45 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m. 
  • The SRP Customer Contact Center supports a hybrid work environment with two days a week in the office and remaining scheduled days worked from home. 
  • New representatives begin by working afternoon, evening and weekend shifts in our 24/7 Customer Contact Center to support the growth of teammates who started in the same place and have worked themselves up and into different positions.
