Any SRP employee is eligible to join an Employee Resource Group (ERG). ERGs are self-organized voluntary groups of at least 10 employees who self-identify with the same single diversity dimension or like-interest. SRP has 10 active ERGs that provide opportunities to meet people from other departments, participate in leadership opportunities and give back to the community.

Skills and Education

Most roles within SRP’s Communications, Community and Marketing team require a bachelor's degree (degrees include Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Advertising, Web Design/Web Development, Computer Science, Public Relations, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, Photography, Media Production, etc.).  

The required certifications vary widely depending on the business area functions and needs.
