Job Brief

Knowledge such as accounting, general administrative principles, communications, marketing, personnel, finance, training, business and other non-scientific fields.

Job Responsibilities

The DOTD College Intern will assist:

  • Managing Training Portals
  • Creating Progression Tests
  • Creating Training content models
  • Managing Learning Management System & Training Records
  • Updating & Formatting Operating Procedures

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Experience

The DOTD College Intern should have:

  • Proficient skills to work in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
  • Exceptional writing skills and verbal communication
  • Organization skills and able to structure content
  • The ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize work while meeting goals
  • Good self-discipline, accountability and responsibility to the work environment
  • The responsibility to successfully telework without in-person interaction with manager.
  • The ability to support and represent SRP in a professional manner at all times.

Additional Information

Position will require a responsible candidate that can successfully telework without in- person interaction with manager.  SRP will provide laptop, monitor and docking station for telework. Successful candidate must be able to obtain and provide their own reliable access to the internet and proper 'home' workspace.
