Job Brief
Knowledge such as general administrative principles, communications, Information Technology, business and other non-scientific fields.
Job Responsibilities
• MS Teams Voice, Chat and Conferencing
• MS Windows 10/11
• Zoom for Enterprise
• Mobile applications for MS Teams and Zoom
• Support, maintain and monitor Incidents and requests
• Work within a defined set of IT service management processes and procedures, including: Incident, Request and Change management.
• Monitor tier 2 support queues and address incoming Incident and Request tickets, providing client assistance
• Perform basic administration tasks, including account and recipient management activities.
• Conduct regular service health checks by monitoring applications / systems and providing reports.
• Test client functionality, including new features in early release or beta programs.
• Create and update departmental process and procedure documentation as needed.
• Document and transfer knowledge for improving first contact resolution and client self-service.

- Must be enrolled in at least 6 college credits (Classes level 100 or higher)
- Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office and 3 from home)
- Paid internship $17.00/hr for Undergrad or $19.00/hr for Grad Students
