Job Brief
The Business Analysis Student Intern will be a member of the Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BACoE) team providing internal support to the team on various projects as needed. This position provides the opportunity to learn about Information Technology, business analysis, and quality assurance. The student intern will contribute to the continued success of the BACoE team by providing support to team members.
1) local candidates only (and able to work in office two days per week)
2) students graduating after 2023 only (we want at least a 1-year commitment)
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include helping Business Analysts with project-related functions like requirements elicitations, functional design and system testing.
The student intern will maintain internal team and community SharePoint site.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting the manager with creation of status reports

Additional Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge and experience with MS SharePoint a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Tableau a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Being flexible and adaptable to change
- Technology familiarity and understanding

Pay Structure/Hours/Hybrid Workplace
- This is a paid opportunity for a student working a minimum of 15 hours per week. However, work hours and schedules may fluctuate based on departmental needs.
- Applicant must be enrolled and attending a minimum of six (6) college credits per semester (100 or higher level courses).
- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour for an undergraduate intern and $20.00 per hour for a graduate intern.
- SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although part-time teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
