Job Brief
Position will support Transmission Line Asset Management (TLAM) within the TLDC&M department at EVSC. The business need is for the student to be able to work up to 40 hours per week. This college student position provides the opportunity to contribute to the success of TLAM by providing assistance directly to staff in relation to day-to-day operations and project specific related activities. Candidate should have a willingness to work with others, leverage expertise learned in school and professionally, and be personable with strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate should have skills or adapt well in working with different business technology applications such as MS Office Suite, ECM, SharePoint, Smallworld/GIS, MapsOnline, and Maximo/WAM. Candidate should also have good collaboration, customer service and problem-solving skills. Prefer a college student with freshman to sophomore level hours completed.
Job Responsibilities
Typical TLAM job responsibilities include:
• Comfortable entering information for a large volume of projects into a tracking database
• Comfortable using multiple software for each task (Business Intelligence, Maximo, GIS)
• Provide phone assistance to internal and external SRP clients with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Tracking Jobs in Maximo/WAM and assigning them for review and uploading any new submittals as they come in for each project
• Tracking Quarterly Meetings with Municipalities and providing updated related project lists for those meetings
• Business Intelligence
• Be able to communicate well with internal employees and external customers
• Maintain professionalism in all manners of communication
• Other duties may include occasional field work verifying and documenting field conditions for specific projects

Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
