Job Brief

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with business leaders to assess opportunities for group and/or individual performance improvement and recommend solutions based on best business practice. Works closely with other Human Resources partners and business leaders to determine appropriate steps to close gaps. Accountable for the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of L&D interventions. Specific focus on leadership and organizational development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partners with business leaders to facilitate team effectiveness and engagement activities
  • Delivers and evaluates leadership and professional development programs
  • Stays current on organizational and HR strategy and goals, key business drivers, and new and ongoing corporate initiatives to ensure alignment of L&D interventions 
  • Collaborates with peers across HR and the business to develop and integrate talent management processes
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leadership on all areas of talent management practice.
  • Collects, analyzes and presents data resulting from recommended interventions to HR and business leadership
  • Stays current with OD/TM professional organizations, industry and employer groups, governmental agencies and community organizations to inform internal practice
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational/leadership development, business administration, or other related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, talent management and/or organizational development


Preferred Qualifications: 

Master’s Degree in Business or Industrial Organizational Psychology
