Summary

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Work Management Solutions directs, prioritizes, and executes SRP work management, scheduling and relevant ancillary solutions including Strategic and Operational for the enterprise. Responsible for the strategic direction of the overall implementation and support process including the planning and purchasing of enterprise IT solutions, support, services, and goods. Supports enterprise initiatives by aligning work management solutions with SRP's strategic capabilities and objectives. Drives savings and manages risk across the company's portfolio of solutions. Plays a key leadership role in business decision-making, problem solving, leadership development and performance management.

What You'll Do

•    Mentoring and ensuring the EWMS team functions at a strategic level, building trusting relationships across the company while leveraging market intelligence

•    Partners with operational stakeholders across the company facilitating a collaborative environment supporting IT work management tools that best suits the needs of the SRP enterprise

•    Ensures vendor and market intelligence information is provided to the EWMS leadership team to improve decision making and results

•    Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders to understand their upcoming needs, address operational issues and influence decision making

•    Staffs, develops, motivates, and directs an energized leadership and professional team to accomplish area goals and maintain high quality of services through effective performance management including coaching, performance feedback, recognition, and training and development opportunities

•    Develops and manages the EWMS budget

•    Drives team to achieve targets on defined metrics, while balancing business requirements

•    Builds trusting relationships with EWMS partners to enforce a circular model helping to drive to SRP 2035 sustainability goals

•    Ensures team proactively manages vendor relationships, including setting and tracking performance indicators to anticipate and minimize performance issues, and driving value from continuous improvements

•    Develop and strengthen vendor relationships, supporting the progressive upgrades for SRP IT systems

•    Mentor employees to excel professionally and personally and be proud of their quality of work

•    Ensures EWMS processes align with SRP's ITIL-based service management framework, including incident, change management, release coordination, and configuration oversight

•    Handles other duties and projects as assigned

Experience

A minimum of eight years of related experience is required (if no degree, 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 12 years). 

Education

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
