Job Brief

Provides technical leadership and administrative support services to HR Operations team including full life cycle development and support for SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Talent Management, and other HR applications.  Requires oversight of systems design, modification, testing, implementation, and day-to-day technical support as well as weekly metrics and status reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Operations system administrators and business analysts supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management and Employee Central modules
  • Collaborate with internal business partners such as Information Technology, Payroll Services, Workforce Time and Attendance, Onboarding, and SAP Fieldglass, Finance, and Supply Chain systems
  • Provide application support for HR third party systems (Alight Benefit Administration, AON Pension Services, Cority Health Services, Empower 401(k), Towers Watson Total Rewards etc.)
  • Prioritize, monitor, and balance team workload
  • Coordinate resources, encourage teamwork, and manage tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure HR requirements, runbooks, functional and technical designs are properly maintained
  • Responsible for the adherence of employee PII and PHI data security practices.  
  • Develop and coach direct reports to maximize their performance and continue their professional development.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently present information, deliver recommendations, and obtain decisions from project stakeholders and leadership teams.

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources or Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams preferred
  • System Administration experience with SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central preferred
  • Expert program management and consulting skills, including verbal and written communications

Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Information Systems preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in an HR technical support organization
  • Proven experience supporting highly integrated enterprise applications
  • Proven business acumen and experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven effectiveness in optimizing workloads, delivering quality solutions, monitoring, and maintaining data integrity, and adhering to strict cybersecurity principles
