Summary
The selected candidate will be part of the WST - Device & Asset Management team, who's responsible for providing request fulfillment and lifecycle support to the printer, workstation, and smartphone equipment lifecycles. This position serves as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. It supports continuous improvement of technology and processes. And identifies and defines solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Support work management, schedule management, process improvement, performance metrics and performance management.
- Provides analytical support to the department manager and the management staff.
- Develops and maintains documentation of IT systems and applications and coordinates incorporation of documentation within applications.
- Lead discussions and train practitioners on business process management.
- Work with business subject matter experts to capture SRP proprietary intellectual property.
- Leads in assisting with business cases.
- Plan, execute and deliver projects based on roadmaps and stakeholder requests.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
What It Takes To Succeed
Requires in-depth working knowledge of and experience with multiple technical areas across a large-scale enterprise environment in the following areas:
- Digital workplace
- End user support processes and functions
- User experience and interface design
- IT service management and ServiceNow
- Process workflow design and automation
- Data management, reporting and analytics
- Project management
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Microsoft 365 platform (Office Pro Plus, Teams, Planner, etc.)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, DNS
The successful candidate will possess the following strengths:
- A strong background in client support and demonstrated ability to work with clients of varied technical skill levels.
- Expert knowledge in many areas of the role's technology focus including service design, monitoring, alerting, management, integration & migration in a large organization with multiple data centers.
- Expert knowledge and application of Microsoft, ServiceNow and industry best practices and security principles.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Well organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently when necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including understanding of good documentation practices.
Experience
We are targeting an Associate level for this role:
Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
