Summary

We have an exciting application administrator opportunity in the Web and Multimedia group. This position collaborates and works with different roles within ITS, including Business Analysts, Business Process Analysts, Project Managers, Information Architects, and Systems Administrators.

The job responsibilities are challenging and varied. The administrator will be responsible for Information Management repositories designed for specialized content.

As part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) division, the Information Management team is helping SRP (Salt River Project) empower a data-driven and collaborative organization through the optimization and delivery of information assets. Our team focuses on quality solutions using Web and Digital Asset Management as part of an overarching Enterprise Content Management philosophy.

 

Previous knowledge or experience as an application administrator is not required.  We will train the successful candidate in both our technology solutions and information management best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administration, support, and monitoring systems including identifying systems problems, assessing severity of the issues and prioritizing responses as appropriate. 
  • Consult with business subject matter experts to deliver and enhance solutions including design, implementation, and migration phases translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Support integrations with other applications
    • Developers access solution via TIBCO; team provides knowledge of APIs and repository best practice
    • Support of vendor supplied modules for linking repositories
  • Monitor business unit activity to find and implement automation
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotation
  • Handles other duties and special projects as assigned

Additional Information

 

Experience in the following technologies and the environments in which they run is preferred:

  • Creating and executing SQL statements
  • SRP business facing customer service

Experience

our preferred candidate is an early career candidate:

 

For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).

Education

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
