Summary

Assist the Corporate Planning & Strategy Executive Business Operations Team in coordination of executive business operational functions including training initiatives, key performance indicators, presentation review, process documentation and conduct special studies and assignments. 

What You'll Do

•    Preparation and execution of training initiatives for the organization. 
•    Reviews materials for executive leadership and management. 
•    Supports the Executive Business Operations team in tasks associated with corporate objectives, employee development and innovation. 
•    Assist with tasks associated with our Skilled Enhancement Employee Development (SEED) Program.
•    Design and develop dashboard requirements and workflow process to support internal organizational objectives, data analysis and reporting.  
•    Executes special tasks or project assignments assigned by Management.

 

What It Takes To Succeed

•    Skilled in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Ability to communicate well with others and to perform work in a team environment.  
•    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously. 
•    Effective at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
•    Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
