What You'll Do

  • Provide support to the Employee & Labor Relations team.
  • Acts as a first point of contact for walk-in visitors.
  • Answers department phone line and general mailbox.
  • Supports team of technicians, analysts, and leaders in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Responsible for running monthly reports.

Experience

  • Confident communication, active listening and learning, adaptability, and organized. 
  • Demonstrates confidentiality, reliability, responsibility and dependability.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
     

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
