Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Solutions Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting our Learning Management System ("LMS") software and learning environment, and the Learning Solutions Team as a whole.
This intern role will primarily focus on being the first responder to LMS service ticket requests. They will be collaborating with our LMS Administrators and Instructional Designers as well as working directly with SRP employees across the business to assist in troubleshooting issues.
This role is designed to provide practical experience in process documentation, stakeholder collaboration, testing support, and solution delivery. The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 32 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
What You'll Do
LMS ticket solutioning: Respond to requests for assistance with computer-based training needs as well as coordination of adding instructor-led courses to our LMS
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and organizing business and functional requirements
- Support the creation and maintenance of process flows and business documentation
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with documenting current and future state workflows
- Collaborate with team members to clarify business needs and solution expectations
- Help maintain project and requirements documentation repositories

Education
Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, or a related field

Additional Requirements and Qualifications
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
