Summary
The Content Services internship offers a dynamic opportunity to work on a large, corporate-wide project while gaining hands-on experience in Information Management and IT best practices. Interns will develop valuable technical and business skills and have opportunities to build connections across SRP. This role involves collaboration with a variety of IT professionals, including Systems Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Information Architects. The responsibilities are engaging and designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience.
The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
What You'll Do
Typical duties include:
- Deliver client support for users of enterprise content management solutions (OpenText Content Suite, iManage, and Microsoft 365 applications) assisting with questions and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer, system, and technical issues in enterprise content management systems by identifying root causes, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing timely solutions.
- Partner with business units across SRP to gather and document requirements for new requests.
- Collaborate with System Administrators to design and implement solutions using built-in capabilities across a variety of enterprise content management solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Education
Experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and web browsers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Additional Requirements and Qualifications
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
