Summary
SRP is recruiting for a college student to work part-time providing support in the Workspace Technologies department.
A variety of work is anticipated including automation, data analysis & reporting and system troubleshooting. This position requires the student intern to work a minimum of 30 hours per week with more hours available based on the student's school schedule.
Work week is Monday - Friday. The successful candidate must be enrolled in six college credits (100+ Level) each semester (except summer sessions) to be eligible.
What You'll Do
The selected candidate will be involved in both technical and non-technical tasks. Activities will allow for work to be completed individually as well as in a team environment with opportunity for collaboration with other departments within SRP.
Technical activities may include:
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementation of technology solutions
- Scripting and software development
- Data analysis and reporting
Non-technical tasks may include:
- Creating and updating knowledgebase documentation
- Communicating and coordination with other SRP departments

Preferred skills and interests:
- Computer aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Education
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
