Summary
SRP is seeking a Content & Marketing Manager. This role leads a team of strategists in a hybrid blend of account management, content strategy, strategic communications and performance management. In this role, the manager will lead and continually develop a team of strategists as they develop content and marketing plans across SRP's paid, earned, owned and shared channels that deliver against brand, marketing and communication objectives. Candidate should be experienced in leading teams, working on tight timelines, coordinating multiple approvals with various stakeholders, and moving key issues forward independently. This role collaborates heavily with internal experts, leadership, creative teams, channel owners, project management and media relations groups to develop integrated marketing communications plans. The content & marketing manager will join an experienced team that leads SRP's strategic marketing communications while creating compelling, relevant, and effective content across all channels and platforms.

Additional Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams is required.
- Role will follow a hybrid working schedule, working in Tempe office 2-days-a-week.
- Experience working with complex organizations with multiple approval structures.
- Demonstrated success in client management including presenting strategies, negotiating timelines and delivering constructive feedback to creative teams and clients.
- Exhibit exceptional emotional intelligence, business savvy and tact.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects, motivate project teams and negotiate conflict.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to: write clearly, succinctly and correctly; write convincingly in an engaging and expressive manner; avoid unnecessary use of jargon or complicated language and write in a well-structured and logical way.
- Apply integrated marketing, content marketing and content strategy best practices. Knowledge of evolving industry market, economic & environmental factors.
- Demonstrate understanding of integrated marketing planning and analytics that includes traditional and digital advertising.
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to report complex analytics and strategy information to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
