Summary
Customer Modernization is the program dedicated to modernizing SRP’s customer experience which includes implementing a new Customer Information System (CIS) using SAP Enterprise Platform, and a new Customer Experience Platform using Smart Energy Water (SEW). Supporting systems and business processes will also be included as part of this transformation. Customer Modernization will transform the customer experience for both our team members and external customers.
As part of the Customer Modernization Program team, the position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the program. The position involves utilizing Signavio's Business Transformation Suite to model, simulate, and visualize processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and model new processes using Signavio’s Business Transformation Suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.
• Monitor and measure process performance and suggest optimizations.

Experience
• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).
• For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
• For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
Education
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
