Summary

As our SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will be an integral part of our team configuring, implementing and supporting SRP HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality and user experience.  In this role, you will be one of SRP’s SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Onboarding and Employee Central subject matter experts both for the HR Team and as well as companywide. As the SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will ensure seamless integration and efficient system implementations, launches, enhancements or other changes are planned for success in the business.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruitment
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central modules
  • Serve as a member of SRP's HR systems Support Team by participating in the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support and documentation of SuccessFactors technologies
  • Participate and/or lead implementation of additional SF modules as needed
  • Maintain and update system configurations for the modules you support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and provide innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee data migration and data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance of SF production and test environments
  • Establish and maintain procedure documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite; especially Onboarding and Employee Central with an emphasis in Onboarding configuration experience
  • Familiar with Configuration details and Role Based Permissions within SF
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring for projects
  • Occasional contacts with vendors of software, equipment and services
  • Occasional travel to industry organizational functions and SRP facilities
  • Ability to work effectively using the services of various organizational groups within SRP
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience with full project lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Depending on assignment, frequent requirement to work with confidential data such as payroll and employee information

Experience

Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience at Level 1; demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of three-years of experience at Level 2; is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
