Summary

The Enterprise SAP Platform and HR Solutions Manager leads the SAP technical team in support of both strategic and operational work efforts for the enterprise. This role is responsible for the technical resources for SAP application administration, and development on both the SAP and HR Solutions. Oversees the development of the company's SAP technical strategic capabilities and technical direction. Drives savings and manages risk across the company's enterprise portfolio of solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provides project management, leadership, and delivery of projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost.
  • Interacts directly with customers (internal and external) and support departments and divisions across the organization.
  • Works closely with the SAP functional teams, project managers, other ITS departments, and end users to ensure that expectations are met.
  • Keeps abreast of new technologies, incorporating those technologies when appropriate and motivating others to utilize them.
  • Oversees resource forecasting and planning, accounting for growth, upcoming projects, and unique business drivers to assure ongoing service health.
  • Partners with operational stakeholders across the company facilitating a collaborative environment supporting IT  tools that best suits the needs of the SRP enterprise.
  • Staffs, develops, motivates, and directs an energized leadership and professional team to accomplish area goals and maintain high quality of services through effective performance management including coaching, performance feedback, recognition, and training and development opportunities.
  • Develops and strengthens vendor relationships, supporting the progressive upgrades for SRP IT systems.
  • Handles other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years cumulative and progressive post-degree experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrating and deploying enterprise application solutions.
  • Ability to create project documentation, progress reports, and technical recommendations.
  • Ability to have firm understanding of the application development and project life cycle.
  • Ability to provide guidance, leadership and expertise to team members and participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues.
  • Ability to work with other teams, communicate effectively with customers and upper management.

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
