Summary
Oversee internal client engagement, customer experience, and operational excellence for Facilities Services. Manage capital and O/M projects, budgets, compliance, contracts, process optimization, and reporting.
What You'll Do
• Plan and recommend strategic goals.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and improvements.
• Ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and corporate communications.
• Oversee work/asset management tools (SAP, Maximo).
• Provide business analysis and reporting.
• Ensure training compliance and a safe work environment.
• Manage SRP leased space and process improvements.
• Support sustainability goals.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Develop and manage vendor service contracts.
• Implement and manage software programs.
• Provide after-hours support for emergencies.
What It Takes To Succeed
Manage annual O&M and Capital Budgets.
Knowledge of SRP safety programs, design standards, and relevant codes.
Expertise in project, asset, work, and resource management.
Understanding of process design, business analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with state, country, and local codes, and SRP policies.
Experience with facilities management software such as Maximo, AutoCAD, Smart Sheet.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sustainability initiatives.
Relevant certifications (NCARB, NCIDQ, CFM, FMP, LEED AP, WELL AP).
HVAC, Electrical Systems, or Building Systems trade school education.
Experience
A minimum of seven years of related experience is required (if no degree, 11 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 11 years).

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
