Summary
QA and Compliance Analysts (QA&C) are integral in supporting the quality assurance and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of Community, Communications, and Marketing (CCM) assets. Their responsibilities include developing and upholding comprehensive guidelines and standards to guarantee all assets meet stringent benchmarks for functionality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. These analysts perform detailed technical assessments by testing links, confirming interactive components, and evaluating the quality of both digital and printed materials to ensure optimal performance prior to release. Additionally, they work closely with SRP's internal legal counsel to facilitate compliance matters.
What You'll Do
• Thoroughly review printed and digital assets (email campaigns, landing pages, web forms, etc.) across browsers and devices to ensure responsive design and optimal performance, rigorously testing all links, phone numbers, forms, videos, and interactive elements.
• Demonstrate thorough attention to detail by finding errors in spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy, while supporting strict alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and presence of necessary legal marks, disclaimers and variable information on CCM produced assets.
• Conduct ongoing audits of digital content to ensure functionality and compliance with brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Document findings and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop QA&C checklists and workflows.
• Serve as liaison with internal legal counsel, staying informed of regulatory changes, communicating key compliance updates to management and support teams, and acting as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and legal compliance across various marketing channels.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in AI technology and explore their potential applications in QA and compliance.
• Train CCM staff on QA&C best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What It Takes To Succeed

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate content; write persuasively; minimize unnecessary jargon; and maintain logical, well-organized structure.
• Strong process orientation with a commitment to quality, order, and systematic excellence.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Adobe Workfront, Proof HQ, or BugHerd.
Experience
• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years). • For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years). • For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
Education
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
