Summary
SRP has used unattended UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology since 2017 and is looking for an experienced UiPath RPA developer to join the automation team. In this role, you will work alongside other RPA developers, Software Developers, and Business Representatives.
What You'll Do
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can be automated
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirements
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices that meet business needs and objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing RPA solutions and provide technical support to end-users
• Collaborate with IT administrators to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies
• Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals
What It Takes To Succeed
• Must live in Arizona and be able to commute and work in Tempe, AZ headquarters at least twice per week
• 3+ years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath
• Experience with Orchestrator (processes, jobs, queues, triggers, and assets)
• Experience with Studio
• Experience in any Object-oriented programming like C# and vb.net is added advantage
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle DB2)
Preferred Qualifications:
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• Experience with on-prem installation of UiPath and version updates
• 3+ years of software development experience developing robust web applications and client/server applications (.Net, JSON, API)
• Electric utility and customer service experience
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch logging
• Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps experience is a plus
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Graduate work, MBA, or MS preferred
Experience
• For an associate level, a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience plus a bachelor's degree is required. (If no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four years.) • For a journey level, a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experienced plus a bachelor's degree is required. (If no degree, six years-eight of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six years.) • For a senior level, a minimum of five years of related experience plus a bachelor's degree is required. (If no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years.)

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
