Summary

The ERP Application Administrator will be part of the highly technical BASIS team performing application administration functions for the various SAP applications SRP has implemented. In this role, the ERP Application Administrator will collaborate with ERP Application Solutions (EAS) teams, cyber security, infrastructure teams, analytics, third party vendors and other technical resources to ensure a stable and efficient SAP footprint.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and maintain SAP BTP solutions, including integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications 
  • Participate in installations, enhancements, and Service Pack upgrade projects for various SAP modules. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis and BTP/RISE. 
  • Implement and support multiple SAP tiers that comprise the SAP environment with HANA databases. 
  • Knowledge of SAP’s Cloud and RISE escalation/ticketing process. 
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and configure high availability environments to meet business requirements and define disaster recovery strategies. 
  • Understanding of BTP Cockpit Configuration and maintenance. Understanding of advanced User Interface Technology as used in the SAP Fiori. 
  • Knowledge of cyber security practices like SSL configurations, Security notes, SAML2.0 configurations for SSO. 
  • Apply SRP and IT processes/methods, practices, and techniques to deliver solutions. 
  • Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies and recommendations from early watch reports. 
  • Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly. 
  • Identify trends and root causes of challenges, determines solutions, and make recommendations for management consideration. 

Experience

Our Preferred candidate will be a mid-level candidate:

 

• For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).

 

Education

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
