Summary

SRP is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the Early Talent Department. As an intern on the Early Talent team, you will contribute to meaningful, project-based work that supports our mission to attract, engage, and grow future talent at SRP.

What You'll Do

Projects may include:

  • Creating a centralized resource hub for Early Talent processes, materials, and FAQs for the organization
  • Benchmarking best practices in early careers programs to support continuous improvement and innovation
  • Supporting the execution of our annual roadmap, helping to manage and move forward strategic initiatives across the Early Talent portfolio
  • Developing project management skills through hands-on experience with planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Learning the full-cycle recruitment process, including the opportunity to own and support specific requisitions

What It Takes To Succeed

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing early talent strategy. You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Are enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a degree in a business-related major such as Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Can balance big-picture thinking with a strong attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, especially when juggling multiple moving pieces
  • Are open to learning and eager to grow your skills in recruitment, program development, and project management
  • Have a genuine interest in people, education, and building pathways into the workforce

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
