Summary

SRP’s Market Analytics & Performance team focuses on leveraging information and insights to improve our products and services, enhance customer value and experience, and inform integrated communications strategies and tactics. 

The Digital Analytics Analyst leads the advancement of multichannel analytical capabilities that inform critical business decisions encompassing product and service portfolio refinement, customer experience, campaign planning and optimization, and other strategic initiatives. By formulating data-driven analytics strategies and crafting sophisticated reporting dashboards, they empower stakeholders with actionable insights to make informed business decisions. The successful candidate collaborates with teams to analyze and optimize the performance of cross-platform initiatives via attribution modeling, customer journey analytics instrumentation, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and reporting. Works collaboratively with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure relevant data sources are available and integrated for reporting and analyzing. Serves as a strategic partner to translate business needs into actionable, data-driven insights. 

What You'll Do

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, develop and monitor KPIs based on a clear understanding of what drives customer value, including both leading and lagging indicators  
  • Define, govern, activate, and analyze data using platforms across domains such as product analytics (Adobe Analytics), customer data platforms (Zeta), experience management (Qualtrics), experimentation (Optimizely), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and customer experience (Zeta Marketing Platform, Sprinklr, Litmus, SiteImprove).  
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure website analytics are configured properly to measure performance, driving actionable insights and recommendations to improve website performance, including deploying tracking pixels through a tag management tool, ensuring the design, content, and deployment of website data layers correctly tracks necessary events and properties.  
  • Uses current technology to govern and administer architecture of tracking parameters used by all stakeholders for attribution and reporting purposes  
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams on data and analysis, and train users on reporting tools to enable cross-functional self-service  
  • Lead and execute data analysis projects aimed at growing the engagement of SRP customers and improve their overall experience on all customer interaction platforms  
  • Performs in-depth cross-platform analysis of mobile, CIVR, social media, web, app, email, paid/owned media, direct mail, and surveys  
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing online and offline user behavior, campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and conversion rates throughout the customer journey, including recommendations for conversion improvements and/or experimentation  
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize SRP’s product and service offerings, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and business performance   
  • Synthesize data, insights, and customer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations   
  • Serve as mentor to other team members by openly sharing expertise 

Experience

Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
