Job Brief

This position entails configuring, implementing and supporting SRP HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality and user experience across the enterprise. In this role, the resource will serve as a SuccessFactors (SF) Onboarding and Employee Central subject matter expert for the HR Team and across the company. They will ensure system implementations, launches, enhancements or other changes are planned for success in the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central modules
  • Serve as a member of SRP's HR systems Support Team by participating in the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support and documentation of SuccessFactors technologies
  • Participate and/or lead implementation of additional SuccessFactors modules
  • Maintain and update system configurations
  • Improve system processes by exploring system configuration options
  • Maintenance of SuccessFactors production and test environments
  • Establish and maintain procedure documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors
     

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

Experience

Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience at Level 1; demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of three-years of experience at Level 2; is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.

Additional Information

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring for projects. Occasional contacts with vendors of software, equipment and services. Occasional travel to industry organizational functions and SRP facilities. Ability to work effectively using the services of various organizational groups within SRP. Depending on assignment, frequent requirement to work with confidential data such as payroll and employee information.

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite; especially Onboarding and Employee Central
  • Familiar with Configuration details and Role Based Permissions within SuccessFactors 
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • The ideal candidate will have SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding configuration experience.

Hybrid Workplace

 

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
