Summary
What You'll Do
- Product lifecycle management (governance, development/deployment, and maintenance) of computer programs. Responsibilities encompass requirements management, software architecture, computer programming, software testing, software maintenance, change management, continuous integration, project management, and release management.
- Support of primarily vendor applications.
- Under minimal supervision, work closely with project team members, vendors, and clients, providing expertise in problem solving and innovation.
- Work closely with project team to ensure application design adheres to user feature requirements and security standards.
- Supervise software applications from initial planning and development, through testing and maintenance, and into decommissioning and retirement.
What It Takes To Succeed
• Experience with these is a plus: Adobe Analytics, XMPie, Workfront, Sprinklr, Diskover, Aventri, MeltWater, PressPage, Mac technologies
• Produce clean and efficient code where necessary, along with proficient documentation within the code
• Build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders, understanding their priorities and aligning IT services accordingly
• Perform analyses on hardware, software and network capabilities of current CCM application architecture
• Participate, manage and prioritize multiple technical projects
• Document existing process and monitor system performance metrics
• Provide training as needed to end users on hardware and software features and capabilities.
• Perform diagnostic test and troubleshooting
Experience
We are targeting a candidate at Level 2 (Journey), with a degree a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
Education
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
